A Lifetime of Service

Born in the historic city of Enugu, Chukwudi Okafor learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community service from his parents - a dedicated school teacher and a community health worker. These humble beginnings shaped his understanding of the struggles and aspirations of ordinary Nigerians.

After earning a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he proceeded to Harvard Kennedy School for his Master's in Public Administration. His career spans banking, corporate leadership, and public service - including two transformative terms as Governor of Anambra State (2014-2022), where his administration achieved unprecedented progress in infrastructure, education, and economic development.
